Present Real Conditionals

When do we use real conditionals?
Is normally use when we talk about real situations, also is used to show the cause and effect of a situation.

Form:
If + simple present, simple present. (When the if clause comes first, it is followed by a comma)

Example:

If the weather is nice, she walks to work.
